As they are produced by using a innovating manufacturing process ie by using electric discharge machining they consists of new properties. Surface of the material, melt and evaporate due to sparks generated in this process thus creates a unique surface of the new Niti files and makes the HyFlex EDM files stronger and more fracture resistant.
