SpeedEndo Super Gold Flex are rotary files made of thermo-mechanically processed Controlled Memory Wires. These wires increase the flexibility of the files and reduce the shape memory, which allows the clinician to pre-bend the files and treat curved canals at ease. This thermo-mechanical process also allows the file to achieve stable martensitic transformation at body temperature. Studies have shown that CM Wires can be 300% - 800% more resistant to fatigue failure than instruments made from conventional NiTi Wire.

Super Gold Flex Files have undergone proprietary metallurgical treatment, Gold Heat Activated Technology, which drastically increases the fatigue resistance of the file and results in the lustrous gold finish on the file. 

SpeedEndo Super Gold Files are made of a variable taper design. This results in better dentin cutting while preserving it as well. Also, this design eliminates the constant contact between the dentin and the files cutting edges, which reduces the stress on the file as well.
